We understand that receiving your breast cancer care products promptly is important to you. Here's everything you need to know about your order:

Getting Your Order Ready


- We carefully prepare each package with special attention
- It usually takes 5-7 days to get your order ready for shipping
- We'll email you right away if anything unexpected comes up
- Once your package ships, we'll send you a tracking number

Delivery Times and Shipping


We offer FREE shipping to all US addresses with delivery in 5-8 days.

A few things to note:
- We're sorry, but we can't ship to US military bases right now
- Each order can only be sent to one address
- We don't charge any tax on your orders

If There's a Delay


We want to make sure you get your products when you need them:
- If your package takes more than 30 days to arrive, we'll give you a full refund
- If your delivery is running late, let us know and we'll respond within 12 hours
- If the tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it:
  1. Check around your house and near entry areas
  2. Contact the shipping company listed in your shipping email
  3. If you still need help, reach out to our support team

Important Information About Your Delivery


Please double-check your shipping address when ordering. While we want to help fix any address mistakes, we can only make changes within 48 hours of your order.

About customs and duties:
- You may need to pay additional fees when your package arrives
- These might include local taxes or customs charges
- Unfortunately, we can't cover these extra costs

We may need to cancel orders and cannot offer refunds if:
- The package is refused at delivery
- Multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful
